Industrial Maintenance Electrician

About the Role

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Technician to support electrical PLC electronic hydraulic pneumatic and mechanical systems in a stable manufacturing environment.

This role is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional who can troubleshoot industrial electrical and control systems read schematics and blueprints perform repairs and help maintain reliable production equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical PLC electronic hydraulic and pneumatic systems used in manufacturing equipment.
• Design and test minor electrical control circuits and machine-control systems.
• Install electrical and electronic controls by reading and interpreting schematics blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Install test repair and adjust electrical fixtures panels breakers conduit wiring motors transformers and related equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment problems and replace defective components as needed.
• Troubleshoot electrical power and water distribution systems.
• Perform basic mechanical repairs and maintenance activities.
• Inspect installed electrical equipment for safety hazards required adjustments and potential replacement.
• Dismantle electrical machinery and replace defective electrical or mechanical components.
• Use appropriate electrical testing instruments tools and equipment to diagnose system issues.
• Use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to search for parts and document work orders.
• Work independently and support other maintenance team members as directed by the Group Leader.
• Follow all safety quality maintenance and manufacturing procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Two-year Associate degree in Electrical Technology Industrial Maintenance Electronics or a related field.
• 24 years of related industrial maintenance or electrical experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical PLC and electronic control circuits.
• Experience troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics blueprints wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical power and water distribution systems.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to use a CMMS to search for parts and manage maintenance work orders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to safety and quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Physical & Employment Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent bending stooping sitting and manual-dexterity tasks.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical including a baseline lifting test of at least 50 pounds.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Schedule

Option 1 2nd Shift:
MondayThursday 3:00 PM1:00 AM

Option 2 Weekend Nights:
FridaySunday 4:00 PM4:00 AM
