Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership
  • Lead mid-sized projects ensuring adherence to schedules budgets and quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution.
  • Drive accountability across teams to meet project milestones and deliverables.
• Project Planning & Coordination
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation.
  • Lead estimating efforts including takeoffs and input into the quoting system.
  • Assign tasks and coordinate activities across internal teams contractors and vendors.
• Communication & Reporting
  • Provide clear consistent updates on project status performance and risks.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules reports and risk logs.
  • Escalate issues that may impact cost schedule or quality.
• Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA NEC and company safety standards.
  • Conduct site audits and address safety concerns proactively.
  • Support the integration of environmentally responsible and sustainable practices.
• Risk Management
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with customers engineers field teams and contractors to resolve challenges.
  • Promote teamwork and maintain alignment on project goals.
• Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency cost control and project execution.
  • Support the development and implementation of best practices.
• Additional Responsibilities
  • Perform other duties as needed to support business objectives and project success.

Qualifications & Competencies

Required:

• 24 years of experience in project management or project coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of NEC standards OSHA regulations and environmental compliance
• Experience with estimating quoting and takeoff processes.

Preferred:

• Bachelors degree in engineering Construction Management Business Administration Project Management or related field
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• PMP CAPM or similar project management certification
