Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership
- Lead mid-sized projects ensuring adherence to schedules budgets and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution.
- Drive accountability across teams to meet project milestones and deliverables.
- Project Planning & Coordination
- Develop and manage detailed project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation.
- Lead estimating efforts including takeoffs and input into the quoting system.
- Assign tasks and coordinate activities across internal teams contractors and vendors.
- Communication & Reporting
- Provide clear consistent updates on project status performance and risks.
- Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules reports and risk logs.
- Escalate issues that may impact cost schedule or quality.
- Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with OSHA NEC and company safety standards.
- Conduct site audits and address safety concerns proactively.
- Support the integration of environmentally responsible and sustainable practices.
- Risk Management
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with customers engineers field teams and contractors to resolve challenges.
- Promote teamwork and maintain alignment on project goals.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency cost control and project execution.
- Support the development and implementation of best practices.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as needed to support business objectives and project success.

Qualifications & Competencies
Required:
- 24 years of experience in project management or project coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of NEC standards OSHA regulations and environmental compliance
- Experience with estimating quoting and takeoff processes.
Preferred:
- Bachelors degree in engineering Construction Management Business Administration Project Management or related field
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- PMP CAPM or similar project management certification
