Monday-Friday Standard Shift 7 AM - 3:30 PM
Flexibility required to support start of 1st shift (6a) 2nd (2p-10p) 3rd (10p-6a) for time studies and projects 5%. OT as required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in industrial engineering Manufacturing Engineering Operations Engineering or related technical field.
- 7 years of industrial engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in labor standards development time studies and work measurement systems.
- Experience with capacity planning line balancing and workflow optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Power BI and manufacturing data analysis tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree in engineering Operations or related discipline.
- Experience in HVAC automotive aerospace or other high-volume assembly manufacturing environments.
- Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or Excellence certification.
- Experience with AutoCAD or facility layout software.
- Knowledge of ERP and MES systems.
- Strong project management and change management capabilities.
- Experience coaching and mentoring engineers and operations personnel.
