Industrial Electrician

Rinvio is hiring experienced Industrial Electricians for heavy industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting work in the Wilton Iowa area.

Pay: $35-$50/hour based on experience

Location: Wilton IA

Schedule: Full-time industrial project/plant support work; schedule and overtime may vary by site needs

Type: Full-Time W-2

Responsibilities:

- Maintain troubleshoot and repair high-voltage electrical systems switchgear transformers and MCCs

- Support electrical maintenance on heavy industrial equipment such as cranes conveyors furnaces motors and production systems

- Diagnose faults in VFDs soft starters 3-phase motor systems and related controls

- Read and interpret single-line diagrams electrical schematics and technical documentation

- Perform preventive maintenance repairs and troubleshooting in a fast-moving industrial environment

- Execute lockout/tagout procedures and follow strict industrial safety protocols

Requirements:

- Industrial electrical maintenance or troubleshooting experience

- Strong experience with high-voltage systems switchgear transformers MCCs VFDs soft starters and 3-phase motors

- Ability to read single-line diagrams and electrical schematics

- Comfort troubleshooting heavy industrial equipment and production systems

- Strong safety mindset with lockout/tagout experience

- Reliable transportation to the Wilton IA area

- Must be dependable safety-minded and able to complete any site onboarding requirements
