Bosley HairClub is looking for high-performing bilingual inside sales professionals who know how to build trust guide conversations overcome objections and earn commitment in both English and Spanish.

This isnt a traditional call center role or an appointment-setting job.

Youll work exclusively with qualified inbound leads: people who have already reached out because theyre actively looking for solutions. Many of the clients we serve nationwide prefer to have these conversations in Spanish and being able to meet them in the language theyre most comfortable with makes a real difference. Your job is to understand their needs educate them on their options and secure their commitment to an in-person consultation with one of our hair restoration experts.

  • Build trust uncover client needs and recommend the next step
  • Overcome objections and confidently secure confirmed consultations
