In-Store Sales Representative

American Home Design is hiring part-time and full-time In-Store Promotions Representatives for our Cookeville area team. We have openings to work retail stores in Bellevue Brentwood Hermitage Hendersonville Lebanon Madison Murfreesboro East Nashville or the Thompson Lane area.

Are you outgoing and energetic Do you enjoy talking to people face-to-face Are you driven by incentives and bonuses If so this position is a great fit for you! Our promoters work at local Home Depots Sams Clubs or Events to generate interest and leads for our home improvement products. You get paid well to talk to people! We offer paid training and a lucrative base unlimited bonus opportunity. Our top lead generators make over $30/hour! Promotions Rep Job Responsibilities:

• Engage shoppers in conversation via a well trained script to generate interest in more information
• Call the Call Center to schedule the customers appointment time
• Use the provided script and technology tools accurately
• Maintain energy and professionalism throughout the shift
• Meet and exceed hourly appointment expectations

Promotions Rep Qualifications:

• Customer-facing background (servers retail call center)
• Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm
• Independent self-motivated comfortable with rejection
• Tech-savvy and able to learn app-based systems
• Must be able to work weekends; flexible schedule
• Ability to walk the store for a 4 hour shift
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check
