In-Store Sales Representative

About the Role

As an In-Store Sales Representative based out of our Anchorage Wasilla or Fairbanks AK location you will play a key role in driving sales growth within N C Machinerys existing customer base. Through proactive telephone outreach and strong relationship management you will identify opportunities strengthen customer partnerships and contribute to overall business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop targeted customer strategies and support lead generation efforts ensuring timely follow-up on sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts to drive engagement and repeat business.
• Conduct outbound customer calls to meet or exceed established contact and performance goals.
• Prepare and present customer sales quotes in a timely and professional manner.
• Represent N C Machinery at customer events industry functions and related activities as needed.
• Manage administrative responsibilities ensuring accurate documentation and efficient use of CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Caterpillar products and prior experience in Caterpillar sales or related industries preferred (construction agriculture or heavy equipment).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Strong communication organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess a valid state drivers license and have access to reliable transportation for occasional travel.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
