Pay: $20 - $22per hour UNCAPPED commission
Typical Earnings: $25 $35 per hour with incentives

McCarthy Services is hiring In-Store Sales Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores.

As an In-Store Sales Lead Generator you will:

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC plumbing tune-ups replacements and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred (not required)

• Ability to stand and walk during shifts

• Weekend and some holiday availability

• Reliable transportation

• Clean professional appearance representing the ARS brand

• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
