IN-INDOT QA Analyst-Senior

Contract Quality Assurance Analyst - 2 positions - Act as
technical expert and information resource concerning assigned areas.

- Perform and
lead tests to ensure that all IT systems products and services meet
minimum standards and requirements.

- Work closely
with the applications development team during software development to
include areas of application development operation and technical support
and security.

- Lead and
administer change control processes to ensure zero defect software
development.

- Create complex
test data for applications.

- Document testing
data findings and reports.

- Provide
requested weekly bi-weekly and monthly reports and regularly updates
assigned manager.

- Perform complex
workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.

- Recommend new
and improved QA practices and procedures.

- Prepare QA
documents manuals training curriculum and training sessions.

- Provide resources
for agency technical writers.

- Perform
related duties as assigned.
