TheIn-Home Therapist (IHT)will provide structured consistent strength-based therapeutic interventions in a clients home for the purpose of treating a youths behavioral needs.

Qualifications:
- Masters degree in counseling psychology social work special education or related CBHI approved degree program
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
- Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
- Valid drivers license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Access to secured high speed internet required.

Compensation:
- Full-Time:
Salary $64000 to $72000
$10000 Stay on bonus ($5000 given 6 months into the role and another $5000 at 12 months)
Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity - Fee-for-Service:
$50 to $70 per hour
