• Provide compassionate individualized support based on each clients care plan.
• Assist with personal care including bathing grooming dressing and toileting
• Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
• Provide medication reminders
• Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
• Provide companionship and social interaction
• Assist with errands appointments and transportation when needed
• Perform light housekeeping to help maintain a safe and comfortable home
• Observe and report changes in a clients condition or needs
• Complete accurate care notes and communicate with the care team
• Follow each clients individualized care plan and safety guidelines

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous caregiving or senior care experience preferred
• CNA certification preferred but not required
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
• Compassionate dependable and respectful approach to client care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and work as part of a team
• Reliable transportation valid drivers license and auto insurance
• Ability to perform physical caregiving duties including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Smartphone required for WellSky timekeeping
• Fluent in English
