SignOn Bonus: $100 after 60 days with no calloffs and 20 shifts completed

Available Shifts: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM; 3:00 PM 11:00 PM; PRN Overnights (11:00 PM 7:00 AM)

Location Requirement: Must live within 25 miles of the service area

• Medication reminders
• Assisting with mobility in and around the house (Hoyer lift sit-to-stand lift gait belt slide board pivot transfers bed mobility)
• Personal care/hygiene

Qualifications and Skills

• Caregiving experience (required)
• Valid drivers license (required)
• Reliable vehicle and active auto insurance (required)
