In-Home Caregiver | Senior Personal Care

Location: Encinitas CA 92024
Pay: $19$40/hour depending on client assignment services provided and level of care required
Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time

Responsibilities
Assist clients with bathing dressing grooming and personal hygiene
Provide toileting and incontinence assistance as needed
Support safe walking mobility and transfers
Prepare simple meals and encourage proper hydration
Provide medication reminders
Assist with light housekeeping laundry and maintaining a comfortable home
Offer companionship and meaningful conversation
Observe and report changes in the clients condition
Follow the clients individualized care plan

Qualifications
At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
Comfortable assisting with personal care and ADLs
Reliable and punctual
Strong communication skills
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
HCA registration or willingness to obtain upon hire
Required TB clearance
