Executive Home Care of Augusta is a veteran-owned concierge-level private home care agency serving families across Augusta Evans Martinez Grovetown and the greater CSRA. We help seniors and adults live safely and with dignity at home and we know that great care starts with great caregivers. Thats why every caregiver on our team is a W-2 employee not a contractor with the support training and respect you deserve.
- Assist clients with personal care including bathing grooming dressing and toileting
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
- Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry
- Give medication reminders and support daily routines
- Assist with mobility transfers and fall prevention
- Provide transportation to appointments and errands (if applicable)
- Observe and report changes in a clients condition to the office
- W-2 employment with taxes handled for you
- $15$16.50 per hour paid biweekly with optional early access to your earned wages through ZayZoon
- Flexible scheduling: days evenings overnights weekends live-in
- Thoughtful caregiverclient matching so youre placed with clients who fit your strengths
- Paid training and ongoing education through our online learning platform

- Leadership with a military background that values integrity accountability and taking care of our people
- A genuine heart for serving others plus patience reliability and professionalism
- CNA PCA or HHA certification preferred but not required / 6 months of caregiving experience preferred
- Valid drivers license reliable transportation and current auto insurance
- Ability to pass a criminal background check drug screen and TB test
- Ability to 50lbs and assist with physical tasks
- Strong communication skills and dependable attendance
