Job Title: Improvement Sciences Specialist
Location: San Diego CA
Duration: Full-Time

Duties/Tasks:

• Must have strong understanding of improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma PDSA/PDCA Change Management).
• The candidate will develop manage and document SPIDR system application and data requirements.
• The successful candidate manages activities relating to the gathering of requirements project initiation project tracking and maintaining IT standards.
• The selected person must have strong communication skills to be effective in both technical and business requirement discussions.

Experience

• Must have a minimum of six years direct experience as a performance improvement analystwithin a govt sector (preferably the US Navy)
• Secret Clearance or Eligible for Secret Clearance
• Knowledge and background in Strategic Performance Improvement Data Repository (SPIDR) program.
• Black Belt or PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificationpreferred

• Bachelors degree (preferred in Healthcare)
