Job Summary

Koniag Information Security Services LLC a Koniag Government Services company is seeking an Improvement Sciences Specialist with a Secret security clearance to support KSS and our government customer in San Antonio TX. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity. We offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package including health dental and vision insurance 401K with company matching flexible spending accounts paid holidays three weeks paid time off and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Lead and support process improvement projects utilizing recognized improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma PDSA/PDCA and Change Management comprehensive data collection statistical analysis and root cause analysis to identify performance gaps and improvement improvement workshops team meetings and stakeholder engagement sessions to drive collaborative problem-solving and solution and deliver training and educational materials related to improvement of science methodologies and and present briefing materials metric charts progress reviews technical reports and project documentation to leadership and government collaboratively with diverse cross-functional teams including clinical operational and administrative statistical software and data analysis tools to evaluate baseline performance track improvements and demonstrate sustainability of the development and implementation of performance measurement frameworks and proficiency in MS Teams MS Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel Project Access) Power BI and Adobe improvement activities align with applicable government organizational and contract to knowledge management activities by documenting lessons learned best practices and improvement Skills and Competencies:Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Statistics or a related scientific field from an accredited college or of 6 years of experience applying improvement methodologies and leading improvement projects ideally in a relevant strong understanding of improvement methodologies including Lean Six Sigma PDSA/PDCA and Change proficiency in data analysis using statistical software problem-solving and root cause analysis communication skills in English both written and oral with the ability to convey complex analytical findings to diverse facilitation and training skills with demonstrated experience delivering improvement focused workshops and educational project management skills with the ability to plan execute and monitor multiple concurrent improvement to work collaboratively with diverse teams across clinical operational and administrative in MS Teams MS Word MS PowerPoint MS Excel MS Project MS Access Power BI and Adobe to produce high-quality briefing slides metric charts progress reviews technical reports and organizational organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic Requirement:Secret security clearanceDesired Skills and Competencies:Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt working in a federal government or military healthcare with Navy and Marine Corps operational Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
