The Opportunity

The Implementation Consultant II empowers mid sized strategically focused clinics and clinic groups to improve performance and optimize operations. This role requires prioritizing impact tailoring coaching strategies and influencing clinic behavior over time. Success is measured by sustained clinic performance improvement engagement of strategic partners and effective prioritization of coaching efforts.

What Youll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic clinic partners and clinic groups balancing performance operational needs and relationship management across clinics with varying levels of complexity.
  • Drive clinic performance improvement by analyzing trends identifying recurring issues developing targeted coaching plans setting measurable goals and ensuring accountability for sustained results.
  • Lead coaching enablement and best practice adoption through consultative engagement with clinic contacts and trainers aligning learning opportunities and reinforcing operational standards and service expectations.
  • Monitor performance outcomes and provide actionable insights by tracking progress identifying portfolio-level trends and contributing recommendations to broader performance improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve challenges and optimize programs partnering with internal stakeholders to address systemic issues and enhance coaching approaches tools performance thresholds and processes.
  • Identify patterns across clinic portfolios

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Strong phone presence and professional written communication.
  • Proven ability to qualify prospects using structured and documented criteria.
  • Excellent organization follow through and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook Excel Teams Word) and Salesforce (lists tasks opportunity objects reporting).
  • Data integrity mindset; comfortable managing lists validation rules and pipeline stages.
  • Ability to lead cross functional work and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical capability to interpret trends and make data backed recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 23 years in provider outreach network development sales development or healthcare operations (or equivalent combination of experience).
  • Experience with clinic/provider networks scheduling/coverage models or healthcare contracting.
  • Familiarity with call scripting objection handling and SOP development.
