Summary of the role:

The Principal Implementation Specialist leads complex implementation projects and strategic workstreams. The role provides technical and delivery leadership mentors project teams and supports business growth through feasibility assessments implementation sizing and pre-sales activities. The position operates with significant autonomy and regularly engages senior management stakeholders.
