Now Hiring: Set-Up Machine Operator
Location:Phoenix AZ
Shift:2nd & 3rd Shift Available
Pay:$15.15
We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Operators to join our manufacturing team. No experience is requiredtraining is provided. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate injection molding machines and related production equipment
- Follow work instructions and quality standards
- Inspect parts for defects and ensure product quality
- Perform trimming clipping deburring assembly and other secondary operations
- Package finished products and apply appropriate labels
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work area
- Assist with shift handoffs and basic training when needed
- Participate in end-of-shift housekeeping tasks
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed
- Basic computer or smartphone skills for training and HR systems
- Manufacturing warehouse or production experience is a plus but not required
Work Environment:
This position is located in a climate-controlled manufacturing facility with injection molding machines and production equipment. The environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail safety awareness and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
