Are you an experienced team leader supervisor or quality professional who knows how to keep a team organized solve problems and deliver great service to customers

TFT Global Inc. is looking for a Quality Services Supervisor to lead and support Team Leaders and Inspectors in a fast-paced customer-focused environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the floor with their team developing employees coordinating daily operations solving problems and ensuring quality and customer expectations are met.

As a Quality Services Supervisor youll:

• Supervise and provide daily direction to assigned teams of Team Leaders and Inspectors

• Coordinate daily schedules and staffing to support customer requirements
• Coach train and develop employees to improve individual and team performance
• Assist with new employee orientation and ongoing training
• Monitor employee performance and provide input for performance reviews
• Help ensure accurate daily operational and quality data
• Complete scheduled Layered Process Audits (LPAs)
• Support 5S ISO procedures safety quality and continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot operational issues and help identify improvements
• Work closely with customer representatives and Shipping & Receiving
• Review and authorize employee time sheets
• Help ensure teams consistently follow company policies procedures and customer requirements
• Promote a positive professional and team-focused work environment

Were looking for a hands-on leader who can balance people quality customer service and day-to-day operations.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• Previous supervisory team lead or people leadership experience
• Experience in quality inspection manufacturing warehouse automotive production or a related environment
• Experience scheduling employees and coordinating daily staffing needs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience coaching training or developing employees
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with ISO standards 5S quality procedures or continuous improvement
• Ability to use computers for scheduling timekeeping data review communication and other daily tasks
• Flexibility to support changing customer and operational needs
• A valid drivers license and reliable transportation as some local travel is required
