Description of Work

The primary purpose of this position is to provide batch imaging for all work by prepping scanning and indexing records into IT systems for other divisional sections to process in an accurate and timely manner. This position is also responsible for the intake imaging and delivery of incoming U.S. position also provides daily supervision to a group of employees assigned to member maintenance functions including processing beneficiary forms and other member requests received by mail.

Qualified applicants must possess and application must clearly reflect work experience that demonstrates the following:

  • Experience in supervision of high-volume work
  • Experience in prepping scanning and indexing records
  • Experience in computer navigation
  • Experience in policy interpretation and providing technical insight

Management Preferences:

  • Experience working in public sector/state government/related environment

  • Familiarity with On Base Unity Client and Microfiche software

Salary Range - $52592 - $92036

Position is Non-exempt under FLSA Overtime

Minimum Education and Experience

The minimum Education and Experience is a bachelors degree from an appropriately accredited institution and three (3) years of experience related to the area of assignment; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
