Job Summary

The Logistics Liaison Officer (LNO) serves as the primary coordination point between contractor logistics operations and SOCPAC government or supported unit J4 staff in support of ILS2 Task Order execution. This position facilitates communication aligns operational requirements resolves coordination issues and provides visibility into logistics activities to support mission success.

The LNO ensures seamless integration between contractor support efforts and supported organizations by coordinating priorities resources and information across stakeholders. This role is focused on external coordination and relationship management and does not perform logistics execution supply chain planning or program-level oversight functions.

This position is contingent upon award of the contract.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary logistics liaison between contractor operations and government or supported SOCPAC unit J4 staff.
  • Coordinate logistics-related communication requirements and priorities across stakeholders.
  • Facilitate resolution of operational issues impacting logistics support execution.
  • Provide visibility into ongoing logistics activities and resource requirements.
  • Support synchronization of contractor logistics efforts with supported unit operations.
  • Prepare and maintain coordination records reports and other supporting documentation.
  • Foster effective working relationships with government military and contractor personnel.

Basic Qualifications

  • Typically requires a college or University Degree in Business related disciplines that focus on Supply Chain Purchasing and/or Logistics or the related combination of education and experience that provides knowledge and exposure to the fundamental theories principles and concepts within the specified some disciplines advanced degree may be a requirement to reach this level. Typically requires 10 to 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience coordinating logistics operations with military government or contractor organizations.
  • Knowledge of logistics support processes operational coordination and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience working with senior military government and contractor leadership.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and resolve complex coordination challenges in operational environments.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.
  • Ability to resolve complex issues and operate effectively in mission-critical environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting SOCPAC Joint Staff Combatant Command or DoD logistics operations.
  • Experience serving as a liaison officer within military government or contingency operations.
  • Familiarity with SOCOM SOCPAC joint operations or defense logistics environments.
  • Experience supporting mission-critical or high-visibility programs.
  • Knowledge of military logistics planning processes and operational coordination frameworks.
  • Prior military service or military logistics experience.

The expected salary range for this position in Hawaii is $110000 - $164900 (update as required). Actual compensation may vary based on experience qualifications work location and other job-related factors. This range is provided in accordance with Hawaii pay transparency requirements and applies to candidates working in Hawaii
