In this important role youll provide one-on-one support and observation for patients who need additional assistance to ensure their safety comfort and well-being.

As a Patient Sitter youll play a vital role in the patient care experience by offering companionship maintaining a safe environment and serving as an extra layer of support for both patients and the healthcare team. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others and are interested in gaining valuable healthcare experience.

What you will do:

• Provide continuous observation and support for patients requiring close monitoring.
• Help maintain a safe calm and comfortable environment.
• Report changes in patient condition or behavior promptly to nursing staff.
• Preserve patient dignity privacy and respect at all times.
• Work closely with nurses and healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes and safety.

Qualifications:

Education-

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience-

• Previous healthcare experience is welcomed but not required.
• We are willing to train compassionate dependable individuals who are eager to learn.

Certification-

• Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.

Compensation:

Hourly Range- $18.00-$27.00
