Position Summary

NGS is seeking a skilled IFS Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience to support our enterprise-wide IFS ERP implementation. This role will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring that IFS solutions are aligned with operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop analyze and document business requirements to deliver IFS customizations and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and integration mapping documents.
• Configure and test IFS modules across Finance Supply Chain Manufacturing Projects and Sales.
• Develop lobbies custom reports and dashboards using IFS reporting tools.
• Support data migration validation and reconciliation activities.
• Provide end-user training documentation and ongoing operational support.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend IFS-driven solutions.

• Coordinate design reviews development sprints testing cycles (unit/SIT/UAT) and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot issues across IFS configuration custom code APIs and middleware and manage defects through resolution.
• Ensure integrations meet security audit data governance and performance standards and maintain required technical documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience with IFS ERP systems IFS Cloud (Preferred)
• Strong understanding of multiple IFS modules and business processes.
• Experience with report development PowerBI and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelors degree in business IT or related field (preferred).
• IFS certifications or training (a plus).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• The ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

This position is primarily office-based in a fast-paced hands-on environment with cross-functional collaboration.

• Office Environment: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer - Ability to move about the office to access files equipment or attend meetings - Manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment (computers phones printers) - Sufficient visual acuity to read documents analyze data on computer screens and review reports - May occasionally need to bend reach or stoop within the work area - Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally (e.g. office supplies binders small equipment) .
