We are looking for hard-working individuals with exceptional customer service skills who enjoy a fast paced fun flexible atmosphere and a love for premium ice cream.

Heres the scoop on being an Ice Cream Scooper:

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service while creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
• Work as part of a team to provide the best possible product and customer experience.
• Learn about our company our history and our premium ice cream products.
• Become familiar with our flavors ingredients and allergen information to assist guests.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Communicate with team members and managers regarding inventory and operational needs.
• Complete opening closing and shift checklists.
• Maintain a clean organized and professional work environment.
• Follow all food safety and company safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least16 years old.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service and cash handling experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures including walk-in coolers and freezers.
• Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
