Overview

This position is responsible for providing I&C support for the safe cost-effective and reliable operation of Comanche Peak Nuclear Station.

* LEVEL OF POSITION WILL BE DETERMINED BY APPLICABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to support plant operation.

• Maintain an environment conducive to nuclear and personnel safety.

• Ensure adherence to regulation policies and procedures.

• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED equivalent; Associates degree preferred

• Good technical writing skills

• Minimum 2-5 years commercial nuclear experience (I&C Tech)

• Has confidence in their ability to make the right decisions to tackle larger problems and to handle failures.

• Strives to improve maintenance and modification processes

• Knowledgeable of specific area of responsibility and appropriate plant processes

• Occasional long irregular hours.
