IC ITE Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedProgram Managerto join our team atHurlburt Field supporting the363rdISR Wing (363 ISRW). TheProgram Managerwill play a critical rolesupportingAir Force Intelligence Community Information Technology Enterprise(IC ITE)at the 363 ISRW.This position requiresexpertisein intelligence management operational planning and the ability to integrate intelligence processes into missionobjectiveseffectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providemission support managementto ensure the effective execution of ISR operations and intelligence activities.

• Develop and implementintelligence management processesto streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

• Managehighly technical businessengineeringand security functions in support of users of the Commercial Cloud Enterprise (C2E) GOVCLOUD Services on the Top Secret Secret and Unclassified domains.

• Work with the IC or DoD Cloud provisioner asappropriate toengage and collaborate with the assigned leads for IC ITE technology services and mission activities.

• Work with the IC or DoD Cloud provisioner to perform systems platform or application engineering and analysis supporting the research development security and accreditationintegrationand evaluation of new ISR sensor and
  IC ITE capabilities for both materiel and non-materiel solutions.

• Travel requiredup to15%

Required Qualifications:

• Experience Level: Minimum of 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years withs AS/AA or 8 years with BS/BA; or 6 years with MS/MA; or 4 years with PhD
• DOD 8140 compliance based on DCWF code 451 intermediate level

• Technical Expertise:

• Proficiencyinmission support managementintelligence planning and operational-level intelligence coordination.

• Familiarity with ISR platforms tools and methodologies.

• Strong understanding of intelligence collection processes and requirements.

• Understand363 ISRWrole inanalysis and globally integrated targeting.

• Skills:

• Exceptional organizational analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products and briefings.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced mission-driven environment.

• Security Clearance:ActiveTop Secret/SCIclearance is. Polygraph may be required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience aswith the 363 ISRW or similar organization.

• Understanding of Air Force senior level staffing processes.

• Knowledge ofmission support managementand operational-level intelligence planning.
