Job Summary
Job Title :: Senior/Lead IAM Expert
Location :: Dallas TX- Hybrid 3 days onsite
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree and/or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years of Cybersecurity / IAM related experience
- Talents Needed for Success:
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Site Reliability Engineering in Identity access management platform.
- Proven leadership experience in a technical management role.
- Strong understanding of IAM frameworks security best practices and compliance standards (such as SOX HIPAA or PCI-DSS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively across technical and business teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP CISM Microsoft or vendor-specific IAM credentials) are a plus.
