• Lead technical discovery design POCs and run tailored demos tied to each prospects workflows and pain points

• Travel on-site to customers (10%) to embed with operations teams scope integrations and write code to unblock deals

• Scope and execute pilots with clear success metrics (call resolution rate time savings CSAT) and build ROI models

• Support end-to-end onboarding: data mapping workflow configuration API/webhook integrations go-live

• Bridge customers and product/engineering surfacing edge cases and shaping the roadmap
