Role Description:We have a great full-time opportunity for a Hydraulic/Hydrology Engineer/Project Manager at our Phoenix office. Preference is a licensed engineer in the state of Arizona with minimum 5 years of experience. Experience in the Phoenix area is desired. The role will work collaboratively in a team environment providing hydrologic and hydraulic analysis modeling and design for public infrastructure and flood control projects.

Duties:
Prepare hydrologic and hydraulic analysis using a wide range of models including HEC-RAS HEC-RAS 2D HEC-HMS and FLO-2D.
Prepare hydrologic and hydraulic studies and FEMA permitting.
Research jurisdictional drainage requirements for appropriate incorporation into design and construction drawings.
Oversee production of drainage design and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
Perform data management and prepare exhibits using ArcGIS and QGIS.
Work as a member of a multi-discipline team.
Mentor EIT staff regarding hydrologic and hydraulic theory and practice.
Conduct site visits and document findings.
Write and coordinate preparation of graphic materials for presentations and documents.
