Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in network security or SaaS technical support
- Strong skills in Active Directory Group Policy Windows Linux and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
- Demonstrated success in a technical support role ideally within the cybersecurity sector
- Exceptional analytical and communication abilities
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Solid understanding of network security concepts with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Dedication to innovation integrity and high performance
- A mindset focused on growth and continuous improvement
- Experience working with diverse teams across functions
- Persistence and determination when facing challenging issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems delivering prompt and accurate support to customers
