Hybrid security officers
(unarmed officers equipped with company-issued Tasers and protective vests)

Position Details:

• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
• Pay Schedule: Weekly
• Location: The Canopy Apartments Little Rock Arkansas
• Schedule: MondayFriday 7 PM5 AM with 24-hour coverage on Saturdays and Sundays.

Required Equipment:

• Company-issued Taser
• Protective vest
• Handcuffs
• Pepper spray
• Security baton

Officers will be required to obtain their own handcuffs pepper spray and baton. All equipment must comply with company policies and applicable Arkansas regulations.

Additional Requirements:

• Clean background
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Arkansas security guard credentials or ability to obtain them
• Completion of required Taser and defensive equipment training and authorization
• Dependable punctual and professional
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Ability to conduct property patrols and complete daily activity reports
• Must be willing to work weekends
• Must follow all post orders and company policies

We are seeking reliable professional officers who can maintain a visible security presence conduct regular patrols and assist with maintaining safety throughout the apartment community.
