Job Summary
The City of Middletown is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of HVAC/Building Maintenance Technician. Work involves all facets of building maintenance including HVAC electrical plumbing general building repair painting and cleaning. Experience in hydraulics HVAC electrical mechanical and electro-mechanical work or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Salary Range: $50195 to $72520 with excellent benefits. All applicants will be required to take a written examination on Tuesday November 10 2026.
