We are seeking a skilled building maintenance technician with a strong background in industrial HVAC systems to support the operation maintenance and performance at a development facility in the Milwaukee WI area. This role is responsible for ensuring building systems operate safely efficiently and reliably with a primary emphasis on HVAC infrastructure.Job Description
- Availability to respond to on-call or emergency situations as needed
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of building systems with a strong focus on industrial HVAC equipment
- Service troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on heating ventilation air conditioning and related mechanical systems
- Monitor building automation systems (BAS) and adjust HVAC controls to optimize performance and energy efficiency
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical electrical and controls-related HVAC issues
- Coordinate and support third-party vendors and contractors performing specialized repairs or installations
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and building systems to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities system performance and repairs
- Respond promptly to service requests equipment alarms and emergency situations
- Assist with general building maintenance tasks including plumbing electrical and structural systems as needed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase system reliability and reduce downtime
- Proven experience as a HVAC Technician in an industrial and/or commercial environment
- Strong hands-on experience with industrial HVAC systems including troubleshooting and repairs
- Working knowledge of building automation systems (BAS) and HVAC controls
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical documents
- EPA certification required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites
- Work environments include mechanical rooms rooftops and outdoor conditions

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement the geographic area in which the work will be performed market pay rates in that area and the candidates experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
