What will you do

• Diagnose and address the customers HVAC concerns and present options to customers
• Successfully perform all service repairs at a high proficiency level to customers satisfaction.
• Understand and follow proper diagnostic procedures when servicing and repairing equipment
• Acquire necessary tools to perform professional HVAC service
• Completes all required documentation on services explains guarantees/warranties and collects records and delivers fees to the office
• Attend weekly training meetings

What You Need:

• 3 years of residential HVAC experience required
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid drivers license & clean driving record
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Ability to enter attics crawlspaces and lifting heavy equipment
