HVAC Service Technician

Ready to boost your career and advance professionally with a talented trade team Kirby Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. in Pittsboro IN is hiring a full-time Residential HVAC Technician to foster customer relationships diagnose a wide range of issues and complete top-notch repairs on all kinds of heating and cooling equipment.

If you can handle that youll earn $30.00 - $40.00/hour (based on experience) and be eligible for commission from sales and upsells. Youll work a standard 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday schedule with some on-call required. Overtime is also available!

What Youll Need:

• 5 years of residential HVAC repair and maintenance experience
• EPA certification

NATE certification would be a plus!

In This Role Youll:

• Visit customers homes show up on time and provide professional customer service
• Inspect heating and cooling systems and accurately diagnose any issues
• Explain problems to the customer and provide service options and timelines
• Complete exceptional repairs and maintenance services for heating and air conditioning equipment
