HVAC Service Technician InstallerWaltham MA Full-time $25 to $60/hrABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician Installer to perform high-quality installations maintenance and repairs for residential and commercial clients across the Boston Metropolitan this role you will diagnose complex system issues recommend effective solutions and help mentor junior technicians. If you take pride in your craftsmanship and are looking for a stable long-term opportunity with great perks and team support we encourage you to YOULL DO- Install maintain diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across electrical and refrigeration components.- Communicate clearly with customers to explain system status and recommend maintenance solutions.- Promote and support the expansion of customer maintenance agreement programs.- Accurately document all service calls maintenance procedures and equipment repairs.- Mentor and train junior or apprentice technicians in technical best practices and safety.- Operate company vehicles and technical tools responsibly and safely.- Participate in scheduled on-call emergency rotations and weekend service WERE LOOKING FOR- 2 years of hands-on HVAC service and installation experience.- Valid EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling Certification.- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.- Local residence in or near the Boston Metropolitan Area.- Ability to work safely from 28-foot extension ladders and 12-foot step ladders.- Physical capability to lift at least 50 lbs and work comfortably in confined spaces.- Availability for 8 to 10-hour shifts including on-call emergency rotations and weekend coverage.- Excellent customer communication and interpersonal skills.- Legal authorization to work in the United TO HAVE- 5 years of experience in commercial and residential HVAC service and installation.- Valid Refrigeration License or Sheet Metal License.- Current OSHA safety training certification.- Valid fall protection or lift operation certification (scissor or boom lift).COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS- Full-time year-round stable employment with overtime opportunities.- Profit sharing project completion bonuses referral bonuses and ESOP participation.- Weekly pay cycle.- Medical wellness programs and gym membership reimbursement.- Paid time off including holidays vacation days and sick leave plus flexible paid parental leave.- Paid training program apprenticeship opportunities and safety certification coverage.- Company vehicle or car allowance provided.- Technology package provided including a smartphone or tablet.- Tool replacement program and safety equipment provided.- Annual company outings team events and promotional here:
