WHAT YOULL DO

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems including heat pumps gas furnaces air handlers and condensers
• Perform maintenance tune-ups and seasonal service visits
• Present repair options and replacement solutions clearly to homeowners consultative not high-pressure
• Deliver a 5-star service experience that turns first-time customers into loyal ones
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Manage your own schedule and van inventory with professionalism

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• 2 years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
• EPA 608 Universal Certification
• Solid diagnostic ability across a wide range of equipment and failure modes
• Comfortable with a performance-based pay structure and motivated to earn
• Valid drivers license and insurable driving record
• Strong communication skills youll be the face of McWilliams in every home
