• Diagnose troubleshoot and repair residential heating air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Perform service calls while delivering exceptional customer service and communication
• Identify system issues and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions
• Clearly explain findings options and recommendations to homeowners
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and customer interactions
• Attend ongoing technical manufacturer and safety training programs
• Adhere to all company policies procedures and safety standards
• Maintain a clean organized and professional work environment
• Safely handle equipment tools and materials while performing the physical requirements of the role

• 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• HVAC certification trade school training or equivalent field experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions

• 15 years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification
• Experience with residential heating and cooling systems including furnaces air conditioners heat pumps and mini-splits
• Sales aptitude and the ability to identify additional customer needs
