• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC system issues

• Perform regular maintenance and tune-ups

• Install replace and upgrade HVAC units and components

• Ensure compliance with local and national HVAC codes

• Work with ductwork ventilation and indoor air quality systems

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Residential HVAC Service Technician

• Strong diagnostic and repair skills in residential HVAC systems

• Detail-oriented organized and able to multitask

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Confident and decisive in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
