HVAC Service Technician

Pay: $30$45/hour

Schedule: Full-Time Year-Round Work

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician youll be responsible for delivering expert service and repairs while providing homeowners with an outstanding customer experience.

• Diagnose troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems including furnaces heat pumps and air conditioners.
• Evaluate and recommend Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) solutions including air filtration purification humidity control and other products that improve indoor comfort and air quality.
• Indoor Air Quality awarness (IAQ)
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine service to ensure optimal system performance.
• Identify equipment issues and recommend effective repair or replacement solutions.
• Complete all work in compliance with company standards manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Clearly explain system conditions repair options and recommendations to homeowners.
• Deliver professional high-quality customer service on every service call.

• 3 years of residential HVAC experience

• EPA certification (or ability to obtain)

• Valid drivers license with clean driving record

• Must pass background check and drug screening

• Ability to work in attics crawlspaces and lift heavy HVAC equipment
