What Youll Do
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.
- Present product options pricing and benefits clearly to help customers make informed decisions.
- Follow up with qualified leads and develop additional sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through honest recommendations and professional service.
- Coordinate with installation teams to ensure accurate communication and a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain current knowledge of HVAC products services and industry developments.
- Participate in ongoing training coaching and team meetings.
- Meet established sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Maintain accurate sales records and follow company procedures.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3 years of consumer or residential sales experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success in sales customer service and relationship management.
- Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain technical products and solutions in easy-to-understand terms.
- Excellent organizational time-management and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated dependable and comfortable working independently.
- Commitment to integrity professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to learn new products develop skills and contribute to team success.
- HVAC industry experience is a plus but not required.
Additional Requirements
- Valid drivers license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
- Ability to successfully complete applicable pre-employment background and drug screening requirements.
