What youll do:

Meet with homeowners to understand their comfort needs priorities and budget.

Build trust and deliver a 5-star customer experience.

Present clear recommendations and accurate proposals.

Educate homeowners and help them make confident decisions.

Follow the SPARK sales process and company best practices.

Confidently ask for the sale while maintaining honesty and integrity.

Create accurate scopes of work and maintain detailed customer records.

Work with technicians installers and team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Participate in ongoing training and coaching.
