About the Role

We are currently seeking an experiencedProject Managerto join our growing Service Division. This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys building strong client relationships and is passionate about delivering successful projects from start to finish. This position require travel to project sites including Orange County and Los Angeles.

The Project Manager is responsible for the planning coordination execution and financial performance of service-related projects. This role serves as a key liaison between customers field teams subcontractors and internal departments to ensure projects are completed safely efficiently on schedule and within budget.

• Manage manpower planning and resource allocation for service projects.

• Conduct site walks and evaluate project requirements at customer locations.

• Partner with Account Support teams to develop project scopes labor estimates and pricing for proposals.

• Develop and maintain detailed Methods of Procedure (MOPs) for project execution.

• Oversee project documentation including:

  • Submittals

  • Schedules

  • Change orders

  • Project start-up and close-out packages

  • Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals

  • As-built documentation

  • Warranty documentation

• Manage subcontractor relationships contracts and scope execution.

• Perform jobsite audits quality control inspections and other project-specific responsibilities as required.

• Collaborate with Account Executives Technicians Clients and Service Operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Coordinate with other Control Air divisions including:

  • Tenant Improvement

  • Major Construction

  • Controls

  • Insulation Technologies

  • Retrofit

  • Plumbing

  • Other specialty groups

• Monitor project financial performance including profitability forecasting and execution metrics.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing service accounts.

• Utilize and become proficient in company software systems and operational platforms.

• Lead project meetings with professionalism clarity and effective communication.

• Maintain and strengthen customer satisfaction while upholding Control Airs reputation for excellence.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Project management experience within the mechanical HVAC construction service or related industry preferred.

• Strong understanding of project planning scheduling budgeting and documentation processes.

• Ability to read and interpret project specifications drawings and scopes of work.

• Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.

• Experience managing subcontractors clients and cross-functional teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Salary Range:$80000 $110000 annually
