HVAC Operations & Maintenance Mechanic Apprentice (union)

What you will do

Apprentices shall perform basic mechanical equipment service and all other work coming under the labor agreement assigned by the Employer limited only by their capabilities as determined by the Employer at the respective apprentice rate of pay and shall perform all assigned work under the direction of the basic troubleshooting and assist in resolving problems. Keeps JCI contractors and the customer informed of job progress and issues as needed.

What we look for

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Some familiarity with HVAC equipment

• EPA Refrigeration certification is a plus

• The ability to perform general HVAC maintenance

• The ability to work in an industrial environment

• Self-starter with ability to work with others

• This position requires a current drivers license

• Willingness to supplement on-the-job training with training provided by Local

*This is a Bargaining Unit Position.
Pay Range: $18.31 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided
through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement. The posted salary
range reflects the target compensation for this role. However we recognize that exceptional
