HVAC Manager

You will work a consistent full-time schedule from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday in our Torrance CA office.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WERE LOOKING FOR

• 5 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC
• 2 years of experience in management or leadership roles
• Financial competency including KPIs gross profit and labor burdens
• Experience with HVAC field software (ServiceTitan)
• Positive attitude

Preferred:

• C-20 license
• Experience with installation service/repair sales and operations
• Competitive industry experience

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN HVAC MANAGER

As the HVAC Manager you will lead daily operations and ensure top-notch financial performance by focusing on sales and profitability. Your day will include overseeing quality control managing inventory and providing oversight for dispatch keeping everything running smoothly. You will handle customer complaints with professionalism and foster a five-star team dedicated to superior service. By coaching training and hiring you will continually improve your teams performance all while leveraging your expertise and experience with HVAC field software like Service Titan. This role blends hands-on leadership with strategic oversight as you drive results and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
