One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning
Maintain diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems in a full-time Service & Maintenance role. Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC experience and your own service tools are required.
Compensation
$25$30 per hour depending on experience plus commission.

Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance inspections and seasonal HVAC tune-ups.
Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling system issues.
Perform repairs on air conditioners furnaces heat pumps and mini-split systems.
Inspect electrical components refrigerant circuits airflow and overall system performance.
Identify equipment deficiencies and recommend appropriate repairs.
Communicate findings and service recommendations professionally to homeowners.
Complete service reports and maintain accurate job documentation.
Follow company procedures safety standards and applicable HVAC codes.
Maintain a clean professional appearance and organized work environment.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC experience.
Must own and provide personal HVAC service tools necessary to perform maintenance diagnostics and repairs.
EPA Section 608 certification.
Valid drivers license with a satisfactory driving record.
Knowledge of HVAC electrical systems refrigeration principles airflow and system diagnostics.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Reliable transportation to work and dependable attendance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional attitude strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Preferred Experience
Heat pumps and inverter-driven systems.
Variable-speed equipment and communicating controls.
Residential HVAC service software and digital work orders.
HVAC trade school apprenticeship or manufacturer training.
