HVAC Lead Installer

ARS/Rescue Rooter is seeking an HVAC Lead installer to join our team. We are a full-service residential heating & air conditioning contractor located in San Diego CA. As an Installer with us you will maintain troubleshoot install and repair ventilation heating and air conditioning systems used in residential settings.

• Three or more years of experience in HVAC installation
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Working knowledge of national codes and best practices
• Requisite basic certifications (EPA Universal)
• Willingness to go into attics crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A valid drivers license
• Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to pass a background check MVR check and drug screen
