Key Responsibilities:

• Install residential heating ventilation and air conditioning systems with precision and efficiency

• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute installations per project specs and industry standards

• Measure and cut materials including ductwork piping and electrical components

• Connect HVAC systems to existing infrastructure ensuring safe and proper operation

• Test systems post-installation troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments

• Deliver outstanding customer service by answering questions and offering maintenance guidance

• Follow all company policies procedures and safety protocols

• Accurately complete documentation including work orders inspection reports and inventory logs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (HVAC vocational training preferred)

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems components and installation practices

• Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards

• Ability to read blueprints schematics and technical manuals

• Skilled in using hand and power tools

• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
