HVAC Inventory and Customer Service Associate

We are seeking an HVAC Inventory and Customer Service Associate to join a global manufacturing leader supporting product stocking and customer interactions in Albuquerque.

This contract role involves managing inventory through forklift operation and stocking Lennox-branded and HVAC-related products. You will also engage with customers to assess their needs and provide product recommendations ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Job Details

• LOCATION: Albuquerque NM 87107
• POSITION: Contract
• SCHEDULE : 7:30am to 4:30am M-F
• PAY RANGE: $20.00

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to assist with unloading and inventory management.
• Maintain proper stocking of Lennox-branded and HVAC-related products and supplies.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services under supervision.
• Communicate product features benefits and warranty information to customers.
• Follow all safety health security and environmental protocols.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Forklift experience required.
• Competent computer skills including Microsoft applications.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• General HVAC knowledge required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
